CLYDE ‘LEFTY’ WILLIAMS

Died: June 5, 2005 - Detroit, MI.

Pitcher for the Cleveland Buckeyes (1947-1950).  He was 2-0 on the Negro American League 1947 championship team.

He went on to play for the independent Mobile Red Sox and Detroit Motor City Giants from 1951 to 1952.
