| JIMMY STARKS Jimmy was a big, strong first-baseman who hit with good power. While he did hit .300 in 1941, he generally did not hit for high average.
He played for the New York Black Yankees from 1938 to 1942 and again from 1944 to 45. He played one season with the Harrisburg-St. Louis Stars (1943) but the team dropped out of league play to barnstorm. | |
