DAVID POPE

David began his baseball career with the Homestead Grays in 1946. He played in the Canadian and Minor Leagues from 1948-53.

He briefly broke into the majors in 1952, where he batted .294 in twelve games. He returned to the majors again from 1954 to 1956 where he played for the Indians and Orioles.
